▼What’s your minimum order (MOQ)?

There is no MOQ for our personalized products, print on demand products or keepsaker supplies.

◄Can I return or cancel my order?

If you order a personalised setting, jewelry or product that we have made specifically for you, it can not be returned. If a mistake has been made during the production process of your POD product, we will of course look for a suitable solution together. In this case or for further information, please contact us via info@printbling.com. Always state your order number and always send a photo of the product so that we can help you as best as possible!

◄What’s your production time?

Our current turnaround time is 2-7 business days upon ordering. Orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing timeframe during Christmas holiday.

◄Do you make custom items?

Yes, we do! Custom pieces can be made but only in wholesale quantities. Depending on the item material, design and manufacturing needed we will provide prices, minimum quantity required and time table. Just contact us and let us know what you have in mind.

◄Do you require a business license to purchase from you?

We do not require a business license.

◄Do you offer shopify or etsy integration?

Sorry, now rigth now. We don’t have a shopify or etsy integration. However our next step is to develop these integrations.

◄Can I use your pictures for Print-on-demand products on our website?

Yes, you can do this, but only for the POD products. You'll need to buy our photo license product to use the POD photos on your website or on social media. This amount will be deducted as a discount on your orders until you reach the paid amount of the subscription. After payment you'll have access to our photo products use them. You'll also be asked to provide us with your website page to avoid IP complaints or copyright issues. We also have a photography service.

We are located in the Netherlands, Europe. We ship worldwide.

◄How much does Printbling cost?

It is completely free to get started with Printbling. We don't have setup costs, minimums, or monthly fees. Once you make place order, we will charge you for manufacturing and shipping before we start your order.

◄What is the product’s retail price?

The retail price is the price you charge your end customer for the product. The difference between your retail price and what you pay Printbling for the same product is your profit.

▼What is gold filled or gold filled?

Gold filled is made up of 3 layers: gold-copper-gold. Sometimes silver is used instead of copper. The gold is mechanically bonded to the copper or silver by heat and pressure. Gold filled will not tarnish, rub off or discolor. In contrast to gold plated, a filled gold piece of jewelry must contain at least 5% of its weight in gold. With gold plated gold this is about 0.05%. My gold filled jewelry uses 14 karat gold. Gold filled should jewelry last a lifetime because the gold layer bonded to the copper core is quite thick.

Wearers who are sensitive to certain metals can wear gold filled without fear of an allergic reaction. Gold filled jewelry can even be worn on a daily basis without fear of fading or rubbing. Filled gold will keep its gold finish for a lifetime and will not fade after a few years like gold plated. Filled gold jewelry cannot be melted down while preserving the gold, because it will then become mixed with the silver or copper.

◄What are gold plated and vermeil gold jewelry?

With gold plated or vermeil gold, steel, silver or brass (mix) is immersed in or coated with a thin layer of gold. This coating or thin layer (which provides the gold color) will wear on a piece of jewelry over time, in contrast to filled gold, where at least 5% gold is bonded to the jewelry with high heat.

◄Why is the silver turning black?

Real silver turns black! It is due to exposure to the open air (oxidation). Silver jewelry also blackens faster due to sweat, perfume, (body lotion and hand cream) and use with cleaning items. It may have to do with the pH value of the skin, with some it is slightly more acidic than others. Also use of medication or even the condition of the customer can influence the blackening of the silver.

Some silver jewelry is rhodium plated or gold plated. As a result, a reaction will take place less quickly and this jewelry will turn black less quickly. However, this process gives the silver more the color of steel. Because I don't like this, I have chosen not to process my jewelry with rhodium.

◄What exactly is sterling silver jewelry (or 925 sterling silver)?

Silver, even that has been fully work-hardened, gradually recrystallizes and softens at room temperature. To maintain hardness, other metals are added to form alloys that are harder, stronger, and less susceptible to scratching and marring. The best-known copper-silver alloy is sterling silver, which is 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper (hence the name 925 sterling silver).

▼Can I import orders using a CSV file?

Printbling doesn't integrate yet with Shopify, Etsy, Big Cartel or Ecwid. Using a CSV order import could save you a lot of time. The feature allows you to upload your order information – customer details, product information, and engraving texts – to Printbling in bulk. Please contact us for more information.

You can add the desired items to your cart and follow to the checkout. All prices and available rebates are visible without registration. In order to place an order, you will need to create an account, so we can communicate with you regarding your order..

◄How do I collect the engraving details from my customers?

The best option is to allow your customers to insert the engraving text as an order note. Or you can use any third party app (eg. for shopify you can use G-Variants or Variant Product Options).
